A good Westminster Hall debate yesterday on the future of the Household Support Fund.

It was great to see so many Labour colleagues speak about how the fund has helped vulnerable constituents during the cost of living crisis.

But local authorities need certainty on whether it will continue into the 2024/25 financial year.

We also need a far-reaching plan for affordable energy, for safe and dry homes, and to get people better jobs and better pay.

This is the long-term plan Labour is focused on delivering.
