Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home.

But in Lewisham, residents of Norfolk House have consistently faced burst pipes, dangerous cladding, broken boilers, and sewage and hot water leaks.

Residents have called it a ‘ticking time bomb’ to see who’s ceiling will collapse next and ITV called it a ‘nightmare’ block of flats.

Both Galliard, the property developer, and Southern Housing, the housing association, are refusing to address these issues.

Developers are choosing profit over the residents’ safety.

I asked the Government to commit to looking into this case.
