Business Questions is an opportunity for MPs to ask the Leader of the House (currently Penny Mordaunt) about upcoming parliamentary and government business.

At this morning’s session I asked the Leader whether she knew any more about the proposed timetable for the publication of the Government’s Disability Action Plan.

The plan, which will replace the National Disability Strategy, was announced by Tom Pursglove (Minister for Disabled People, Health and Work) at the beginning of December. He has said the Government will consult on and publish the plan in 2023.

We are already in March and there are few signs of much progress being made…

I will continue to press the Government on this.
