Statement on Legal Aid – Support for Disabled People

Any review of Legal Aid must look at how disabled people can enforce their rights under the Equality Act.
 
I welcome the Secretary of State for Justice, Dominic Raab MP commitment to looking at any submission on this topic – I hope he keeps his word.
 
I encourage as many people as possible, especially disabled people, disabled peoples’ organisations, charities and unions to participate!
