Justice Questions – Legal Aid for Victims of Domestic Abuse

The trauma endured by domestic abuse victims is only exacerbated by the Government’s failure to fund legal aid properly.
I’m pleased James Cartlidge MP confirmed at Justice Questions this morning confirmed he will be meeting with the Criminal Bar Association & other stakeholders. He must now ensure urgent action comes out of these discussions.
