Robert Jenrick (Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government) acknowledges that leaseholders in buildings under 18m are being asked to pay “unconscionable” bills for remedial works and says he’s working “intensively” to change this.

I hope we see results very soon – many of my constituents (such as those living in Norfolk House, St Peter’s Gardens and Leeward Court) have been left in limbo for far too long.
