After the Prime Minister’s statement today on upcoming changes to Covid-19 restrictions I pushed him again on the lack of BSL interpreters at Government news conferences. We are now 8 months into this pandemic and this needs fixing now.

The Prime Minister said he would meet with me and disabled people who rely on sign language interpretation and I hope he sticks to his word. I have written to him to follow up, so watch this space.
