Vicky will be chairing a public meeting on Tuesday 4th April at 6pm  regarding the poor train services that Lewisham Constituents have had to endure for the past few years.

Lewisham commuters have had to put up with reduced and cancelled services, timetable changes, and constant disruption, all without any consultation for far too long.  South-eastern, Network Rail and Transport for London have been invited to attend the event.

Vicky is looking for commuters from all corners of the constituency and surrounding areas to come along, share thoughts, ask questions and try and get answers for the poor service.

Fellow Lewisham MP Janet Daby, along with a number of Lewisham Councillors will also be there to lend support.  We’ll also be looking for volunteers at the meeting who have been affected by the poor rail services to meet with the Secretary of State for Rail, Huw Merriman MP,  who has agreed to a follow up meeting.

We hope also hope a number of you will volunteer to form a Lewisham Rail User Group, along with Vicky, to help maintain pressure on the train companies.  We want representatives from all parts of the community and users of any of the local rail stations, not just Lewisham station.

We’d love you to come along, details below:
