At DWP Questions today I raised the tragic case of Philippa Day. The coroner was clear that the flawed PIP assessment process was a predominant factor in Philippa sadly losing her life.

The Government must act on the coroner’s findings and overhaul this inhumane system to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
