Earlier today (December 30th) I asked Matt Hancock whether he can give us a timetable for the rollout of the Oxford-Astra Zeneca vaccine and if unpaid carers will be given priority access.

He said the Government is working closely with Astra Zeneca on manufacture, but ignored the second part of my question.

Unpaid carers are being overlooked by this Government yet again.
